Ghemas Oil and Gas Limited is a fully Nigerian owned, independent oil & gas service company established to respond to challenges in the Oil and Gas Industry. The company was incorporated in 2018 under the companies and allied matters act 1990 as a private limited liability company.
It provides short-term operational and long-term strategic Exploration and Engineering services to clients for various projects including Exploration studies, Integrated Reservoir Studies, Field Development Plan, Production Intervention/enhancement strategies and Farm-in/asset acquisitions. In addition, it also provides first-class engineering design, procurement, construction and installation management (EPCIM) services directly and also in association with partners and affiliate companies.
